This Privacy Policy explains how PolyPulse3D ("PolyPulse3D," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit polypulse3d.com (the "Site"), use our contact form, or purchase one of our Maya plugins (the "Tools"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, the category and subject of your message, the message content itself, and an optional link you may include (for example, to a screenshot or video). This information is submitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service, and delivered to our support inbox.

Information related to purchases

All purchases of our Tools are processed entirely by Gumroad, Inc., a third-party e-commerce platform. We do not collect, see, or store your payment card details at any point. Gumroad handles checkout, billing, and payment security directly. Gumroad may share limited order information with us (such as your name, email address, and purchase details) so that we can provide license support and respond to order-related questions. Gumroad's own Privacy Policy governs the data it collects during checkout.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and content-delivery providers may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security, performance, and abuse-prevention purposes, as is standard for essentially all websites. Separately, if you accept our cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics as described in the next section.

2. Cookies and Analytics

When you first visit the Site, you'll see a cookie banner asking whether you're okay with analytics cookies. Analytics is off by default and only turns on if you click "Accept."

If you accept, we use Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, approximate location at a city/country level, device and browser type, referring site, and interactions like scrolling or clicking outbound links). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site; we do not use it to identify you personally.

Google may process this data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, and may combine it with other data it holds about you in accordance with its own privacy practices. See Google's Privacy Policy for details, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent Google Analytics from being used in any website you visit, including this one.

If you decline the cookie banner, Google Analytics is never loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this Site, which will bring the cookie banner back on your next visit.

We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We only share personal information with the following categories of third parties, and only as needed to operate the Site and support our Tools:

We do not otherwise sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PolyPulse3D, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact form messages for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our own record-keeping, after which they are periodically deleted. Web3Forms independently retains submission data per its own retention schedule (see their Privacy Policy). Purchase and payment records are retained by Gumroad in accordance with its own policies and applicable law. Google Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics account settings and Google's own retention policies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, for example, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any of these rights regarding information we hold, email us at polypulse3d.support@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Requests related to payment or order data should also be directed to Gumroad, as they control that data directly. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time as described in Section 2.

7. Children's Privacy

This Site and our Tools are not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Data Transfers

Our third-party service providers (Web3Forms, Gumroad, and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google) may process and store data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer of information as described in this policy.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle, and our third-party processors use industry-standard security practices (such as HTTPS encryption in transit). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
